Step Forward’s comprehensive School-to-Work Program aims to understand and give a voice to the problem of chronic unemployment among the youth. Following up with comprehensive services it will support youth in one of the most difficult phases of their lives. This program will comprehensively address the heart of the problem and get the youth into work.
youth enterprise
Step Forward's pioneering Youth Enterprise Program will challenge the understanding of enterprise among the youth by targeting research and knowledge gathering at youth and youth-focused activities. It will resolutely address the culture of dependency by developing and driving youth to a culture of enterprise. By delivering excellent services it will lay the foundations and build up new businesses run by the youth themselves.

Step Forward's targeted Welcomed to Work Program aims to create exposure and understanding of the barriers facing marginlised youth, then push for the removal of those barriers. Meanwhile, this program will support mainstreamed approaches in government, NGOs and the private sector while providing targeted services to get margainlised youth into work.
